Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end IT projects, ensuring alignment with company strategic goals
- Define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution
- Monitor project milestones, track progress, and report to senior management
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact
- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and continuous improvement practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in application integration
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strict deadlines
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is a plus
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and API integration is highly desirable
- Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or MS Project
