About the Role:
As the primary point of contact for our Japanese and Korean-speaking end-users, you will deliver exceptional first-line technical support. Your role involves diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues efficiently. You will support a diverse range of technologies including Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and various enterprise applications. Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction in a shift-based setting is key to success in this role.

Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to end-users in Japanese and Korean via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Log, categorize, and prioritize support tickets within the IT Service Management system.
- Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate Tier 2/Tier 3 support teams.
- Ensure all incidents and service requests are resolved according to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Document solutions, contribute to the knowledge base, and assist in creating user guides.
- Maintain a professional and customer-centric approach in all interactions.
- Adhere to shift schedules, including rotational shifts if required.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Japanese and/or Korean (Business level proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking).
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
- Previous experience in an IT Support, Service Desk, or Helpdesk role is highly advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in a shift-based environment (including night shifts and weekends).
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation) is a plus.
- Fresh graduates with a degree in IT or a related field and a passion for technology are encouraged to apply.
