Join Aicello Malaysia Sdn Bhd as an IT Staff in the thriving Kulim Hi‑Tech Park, Kedah. In this role you will be the backbone of our technology infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations across our office and supporting the company’s growth objectives.
You will design, implement and maintain robust databases and network architecture that power our day‑to‑day activities. Your responsibilities include installing, configuring, upgrading and patching hardware and software, while enforcing security policies and industry compliance standards. As the go‑to technical expert, you’ll diagnose and resolve issues quickly, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
Collaboration is key – you’ll work closely with management and other departments to align IT solutions with business goals, participate in IT projects, and contribute to capacity planning and resource allocation. Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage database systems and network architecture to support business operations.
- Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain hardware, software, and operating systems across the organization.
- Monitor system performance, security, backups, and ensure compliance with internal IT policies.
- Provide timely technical support and troubleshooting for end‑user hardware and software issues.
- Plan and execute IT projects, including capacity planning, resource allocation, and timeline management.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures, technical guides, and user training materials.
- Collaborate with management and cross‑functional teams to align IT solutions with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in network administration, database management, or IT support roles.
- Familiarity with Windows Server, Linux environments, and cloud‑based services (e.g., Azure, AWS).
- Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities, capable of interacting with non‑technical staff.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies and industry best practices.
