Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and assistance to end-users regarding hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripheral devices
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure including LAN connectivity and internet access
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving IT-related problems in a timely manner
- Support the installation and setup of software applications and updates
- Help maintain IT documentation including asset inventory and technical procedures
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives as assigned
- Ensure proper handling and disposal of IT equipment and sensitive data
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and common office applications
- Understanding of network fundamentals including TCP/IP and basic connectivity
