Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily IT operations including network administration, server management, and system maintenance
- Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms and related digital systems to ensure seamless online operations
- Lead, mentor, and develop IT team members while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Implement and enforce IT policies, procedures, and security protocols across the organization
- Oversee IT budget planning, vendor negotiations, and technology procurement processes
- Ensure data integrity, backup systems, and disaster recovery procedures are in place
- Provide technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders, resolving complex IT issues promptly
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related technical field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive IT experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong proficiency in network administration, system security, and infrastructure management
- Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms, web servers, and database management systems
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent are highly preferred
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment
