Responsibilities
- Supervise daily IT operations, including helpdesk support, network administration, and system monitoring.
- Manage and maintain enterprise hardware, software, and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
- Lead projects related to ERP integration, automation, and digital manufacturing initiatives.
- Develop, implement, and enforce IT policies, security protocols, and disaster recovery plans.
- Coordinate with production, engineering, and management teams to align technology solutions with business objectives.
- Monitor vendor relationships, evaluate thirdâparty services, and negotiate service level agreements.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to IT staff.
- Prepare reports on system performance, budget utilization, and strategic IT roadmap for senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3â5 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or teamâlead role.
- Proven expertise in network administration, Windows/Linux servers, and enterprise applications (ERP, MES).
- Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks, cybersecurity best practices, and data backup/recovery.
- Excellent problemâsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under pressure.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate across departments.
- Experience with budgeting, vendor management, and IT asset inventory.
- Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, or ITIL Foundation are a plus.
