Responsibilities

  • Respond to user requests for IT assistance via phone, email, and ticketing system.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including printers, workstations, and network connectivity.
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows, macOS) and standard office applications.
  • Manage user accounts, email, and access rights using Active Directory.
  • Monitor network performance and ensure security patches are up to date.
  • Document troubleshooting steps and maintain an up-to-date knowledge base.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
