Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of workstations, peripherals, and mobile devices.
  • Troubleshoot connectivity issues and maintain internal IT equipment to ensure maximum uptime.
  • Document technical issues and resolutions accurately in the helpdesk ticketing system.
  • Coordinate with vendors and senior IT staff to escalate complex technical problems.
  • Perform routine software updates, system patches, and security configurations.
  • Support users with credential management, software installations, and account provisioning.
  • Contribute to the development of internal knowledge base articles and technical guides.

Qualifications
