Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-line technical support for all employees across multiple office locations.
- Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network, server, and workstation connectivity issues promptly.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT assets, software licenses, and support ticket resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and upgrade internal enterprise systems.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and security protocols across company platforms.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance monitoring to ensure maximum uptime.
- Provide training and guidance to non-technical staff on the use of new systems and security best practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk environment.
- Proficiency in Windows/macOS operating systems and Microsoft Office 365 administration.
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, VPN, and firewall configurations.
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting hardware issues, printers, and mobile devices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional are highly preferred.
