In this pivotal role, you will be the go-to person for maintaining the technical health of our infrastructure, ensuring that our logistics operations run seamlessly every day.

You will work in a supportive office environment during standard business hours, providing essential hardware and software support. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who enjoys troubleshooting complex issues and delivering excellent user support. Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for on-site staff.
  • Manage user account provisioning, access rights, and security permissions within Active Directory.
  • Perform regular maintenance and updates on office IT equipment and logistics-specific software systems.
  • Configure and deploy new hardware, including printers, scanners, and peripheral equipment.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records of all IT assets and software licenses.
  • Coordinate with vendors for escalated hardware repairs or infrastructure maintenance.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles for common user issues.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an IT Helpdesk or Desktop Support role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and common business applications.
  • Experience with Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and basic network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi).
  • Prior experience within a logistics or warehouse environment is highly advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during standard office hours.
  • Possess a customer-centric mindset with a dedication to resolving tickets efficiently.
