Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support to employees via helpdesk ticketing system, email, and chat.
  • Configure, deploy, and maintain workstations, laptops, and mobile devices for new and existing staff.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues, escalating complex incidents to senior infrastructure teams.
  • Manage user accounts, password resets, and access permissions across Active Directory and cloud-based applications.
  • Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all IT assets, including hardware peripherals and software licenses.
  • Assist in the documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and internal knowledge base articles to empower end-users.
  • Conduct regular system audits and ensure all machines are compliant with internal security policies and software updates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an IT Service Desk or Desktop Support role.
  • Solid understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and basic network troubleshooting (DNS, DHCP, VPN).
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume service environment.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Certified, or ITIL Foundation are highly preferred.
