You will bridge the gap between technical requirements and operational execution, specifically facilitating communication and technical troubleshooting for our Chinese-speaking departments. Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Assist in system migration projects, ensuring data integrity and minimal operational downtime.
- Serve as the primary IT point of contact for Chinese-speaking staff, translating technical documentation and guidelines as needed.
- Coordinate with regional IT teams to implement system updates and security patches.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets and resolve internal helpdesk tickets in a timely manner.
- Monitor system performance and escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers.
- Support the deployment of new software tools and train internal staff on new system interfaces.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Fluency in both Mandarin (Chinese) and English is required for this role.
- Fresh graduates with a strong academic background and internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong understanding of Windows/Linux operating systems and basic network configurations.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Highly organized, analytical, and capable of working in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Ability to work full-time in Pasay City.
