Property Company Of Friends, Inc. (PRO-FRIENDS) is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled IT Technical Operations Specialist to join our growing team in Imus, Cavite. Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of all company hardware components.
- Monitor and resolve complex network connectivity issues to ensure 99.9% uptime for business operations.
- Lead the configuration, deployment, and optimization of employee workstations and peripheral devices.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of hardware assets, software licenses, and technical documentation.
- Provide tier 2 and tier 3 technical support for internal staff both on-site and remotely.
- Implement and manage system updates, security patches, and data backup protocols.
- Collaborate with the IT Infrastructure team to recommend and implement hardware upgrades and network improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in IT technical operations or system administration.
- Strong technical proficiency in Windows/macOS environments and Active Directory management.
- In-depth knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and hardware like routers and switches.
- Excellent hands-on troubleshooting skills for laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, or MCSA) are highly preferred.
