Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening candidates for IT roles including Software Developers, QA Engineers, and System Administrators.
- Conducting initial phone screenings and coordinating technical interviews with hiring managers.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline using various sourcing strategies.
- Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate status and reports.
- Collaborating with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Staying updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks for IT positions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Technical Recruitment or IT Staffing.
- Strong understanding of technical job descriptions and industry-specific skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment (on-site and remote).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
