As part of our technical team, you will be responsible for the preventive maintenance of servers, workstations, and network hardware. We are looking for someone who can proactively identify potential issues before they escalate into costly downtime. You will act as the primary point of contact for technical support, providing timely resolutions to hardware and software issues faced by store staff.

Responsibilities
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance and audits of IT hardware and software across all store locations.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues in a timely manner.
- Install, configure, and upgrade workstations, printers, and peripherals to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor network traffic and server performance to ensure system reliability and security.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets, including tracking software licenses and hardware warranty information.
- Provide end-user training and technical guidance to store staff on standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with the IT manager to implement system upgrades and patch management strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT technical support, preferably in retail or multi-location environments.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, LAN/WAN setup, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and macOS, including installation and configuration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical staff.
- Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) license is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or holidays, to support critical systems.
