Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on desktop computers, laptops, and peripherals
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and network equipment
  • Monitor and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
  • Provide technical support and assistance to end-users via helpdesk tickets, phone, and email
