Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting corporate clients in the target market.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations for prospective corporate clients.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual monthly sales quotas and KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal technical and product teams to deliver tailored solutions for client needs.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress in the CRM system.
- Prepare sales reports and market analysis to identify potential growth areas.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of self-motivation, resilience, and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software experience is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations professionally.
