Responsibilities
- Assist in full‑cycle recruitment processes, including job posting, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems.
- Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and HR procedures.
- Assist in performance appraisal administration and record keeping.
- Help organize training and development sessions.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of HR functions and Malaysian employment regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Experience with HRIS or applicant tracking systems is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
