Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and sourcing qualified candidates for various technical roles through multiple channels, including job boards, professional networks, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, managing calendars and logistics efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and engaging experience.
- Support senior recruiters and hiring managers in various administrative tasks and recruitment projects.
- Participate in talent acquisition strategy meetings and contribute to process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior internship or entry-level experience (0-1 year) in recruitment or a human resources setting is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a professional and engaging demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with an ATS is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, demonstrating self-discipline and adaptability.
- Eagerness to learn and a genuine interest in building a career in tech recruitment.
