Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end implementation and deployment of SAP Business One for diverse clients.
- Provide front-line technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for ERP-related tickets.
- Collaborate with senior consultants to configure SAP modules according to client business requirements.
- Conduct user training sessions and assist in the preparation of technical documentation and user manuals.
- Monitor system performance and ensure the smooth daily operation of client ERP environments.
- Support data migration processes and perform system testing to ensure data integrity.
- Assist in the development of custom queries and reports (SQL) to meet specific business reporting needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accountancy, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge or strong interest in ERP systems, preferably SAP Business One.
- Fundamental understanding of SQL and relational databases.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Highly organized with a proactive approach to learning new technologies.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience or coursework in ERP are encouraged to apply.
