Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Tech Partner to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions tailored for the legal industry.
- Build and optimize Large Language Model (LLM) applications using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AutoGPT.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance the accuracy of internal legal knowledge bases.
- Assist in the collection, preprocessing, and fine-tuning of domain-specific datasets for machine learning models.
- Develop and maintain APIs and backend services to integrate AI capabilities into the firm's core software.
- Participate in rapid prototyping and iterative testing to refine AI model performance and user experience.
- Engage in continuous learning sessions to stay updated on the latest advancements in NLP and Generative AI.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a highly quantitative field.
- Strong foundational knowledge of Python and experience with libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
- Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, or similar).
- A proactive mindset with the ability to absorb complex technical concepts quickly under expert mentorship.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in a cross-border, multicultural environment.
- Demonstrated interest in LegalTech or the application of AI to structured professional data.
- Previous internship experience or personal projects involving AI/ML is highly advantageous.
