Responsibilities
- Perform routine financial audits and verify the accuracy of daily transaction records.
- Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile findings with the general ledger.
- Assist in the documentation of internal control procedures to ensure departmental compliance.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports and supporting schedules for management review.
- Collaborate with various departments to monitor financial workflows and identify potential process improvements.
- Maintain organized and secure financial records in accordance with company policy and regulatory requirements.
- Support the senior finance team during month-end closing procedures and annual audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; prior internship experience in audit or accounting is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface professionally with different departments.
