Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end administrative support to the HR Business Partner team.
  • Assist in managing the full employee life cycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and documentation.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and corporate events to boost morale and retention.
  • Help maintain and update accurate HR records and employee databases in compliance with data privacy laws.
  • Assist in gathering data for performance management and compensation reviews.
  • Act as a first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies and benefits.
  • Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives to streamline department workflows.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates or professionals with 1-2 years of experience in an HR administrative or generalist role are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills with the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Working knowledge of Philippine Labor Code is a significant advantage.
