Responsibilities

  • Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support payroll preparation by collecting timesheets, overtime records, and leave applications.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and respond to benefits-related queries.
  • Coordinate training and development activities, including logistics and attendance tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies through regular audits and documentation.
  • Prepare HR reports and presentations for management review.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including exit interviews and grievance procedures, with professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant HR experience (fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply).
  • Basic understanding of Singapore Employment Act and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
