Responsibilities
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support payroll preparation by collecting timesheets, overtime records, and leave applications.
- Administer employee benefits programs and respond to benefits-related queries.
- Coordinate training and development activities, including logistics and attendance tracking.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies through regular audits and documentation.
- Prepare HR reports and presentations for management review.
- Handle employee relations matters, including exit interviews and grievance procedures, with professionalism.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant HR experience (fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply).
- Basic understanding of Singapore Employment Act and HR best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized with strong time management and problem-solving skills.
