In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our online sales growth and maximizing brand profitability across major e-commerce platforms.
As a Junior Key Account Manager, you will work closely with internal teams to ensure our product listings are optimized, pricing strategies are competitive, and promotional calendars are executed flawlessly. Responsibilities
- Monitor and optimize product listings on e-commerce marketplaces to enhance visibility and conversion rates.
- Execute promotional campaigns and flash sales to drive traffic and increase quarterly revenue.
- Analyze daily sales reports and key performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and resolve stock issues.
- Coordinate with marketing and logistics departments to ensure timely launch of new fashion collections.
- Maintain healthy relationships with platform account managers to secure better placements and marketing exposure.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis on pricing, discount strategies, and inventory depth.
- Prepare weekly performance summaries for senior management highlighting key learnings and sales achievements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, sales, or account management (fresh graduates with strong internships are welcome).
- Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing multiple stakeholder relationships.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
