Join the dynamic team at Intrepid Malaysia as a Junior Key Account Manager and play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our clients' ecommerce businesses. You will be responsible for managing and growing the ecommerce business of one or multiple brands across all major ecommerce platforms. In this role, you will act as the bridge between our brands and their customers, ensuring seamless operations and maximizing sales potential. You will work in a fast-paced environment where your analytical skills and strategic thinking will directly impact business results.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow ecommerce business for assigned brands across key platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, and more).
- Monitor daily sales performance and analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize product listings, including images, descriptions, and pricing strategies.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate closely with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Prepare regular sales reports and strategic recommendations for management review.
- Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead of market shifts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in E-commerce, Key Account Management, or Digital Marketing is preferred.
- Strong understanding of major e-commerce platforms and their algorithms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
