Join Hospi Medik Indonesia as a Junior Manager HRGA and drive excellence in our human resources operations. This pivotal role demands comprehensive expertise across the entire HRGA spectrum—from recruitment and personnel management to compensation/benefits administration, general affairs coordination, and PPH 21 tax reporting compliance. Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
- Manage personnel administration, employee relations, and compliance documentation
- Administer compensation/benefits programs and payroll processing systems
- Coordinate general affairs operations including facilities management and vendor relationships
- Ensure accurate PPH 21 tax reporting and statutory compliance
- Develop HR analytics reports for strategic decision-making
- Implement HR policies aligned with Indonesian labor regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-3 years of progressive HRGA experience in Indonesia
- Proficiency in full-cycle recruitment and payroll processing
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and PPH 21 tax regulations
- Strong analytical skills with experience in HR reporting systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite
