Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of enterprise network infrastructure.
- Support the configuration and deployment of routers, switches, and wireless access points across global sites.
- Maintain comprehensive network documentation, including diagrams, IP schemes, and standard operating procedures.
- Respond to and resolve Tier 1 network connectivity incidents via our service desk ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the security team to implement and manage firewall rules and network security policies.
- Assist in routine network hardware lifecycle management, including firmware updates and cable management.
- Participate in the on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 network stability and rapid incident response.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Fundamental understanding of TCP/IP, OSI model, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.
- Experience or academic certification in CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for troubleshooting complex IT issues.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective technical documentation and team collaboration.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative, and global environment.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to the evolving demands of enterprise IT infrastructure.
