Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation for construction projects.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and verify work completion against the contract.
- Prepare and update progress reports, cost tracking sheets, and financial statements.
- Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotations and verify material costs.
- Assist senior quantity surveyors in the administration of construction contracts and legal compliance.
- Help process progress claims, variations, and final accounts to ensure project budget adherence.
- Maintain organized project documentation and filing systems for audit readiness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or entry-level professionals with 0-2 years of experience are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; knowledge of AutoCAD or specialized QS software is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Keen attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
