Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to identify and qualify new business leads.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting and discovery calls to final contract negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders in existing accounts.
- Collaborate with the creative and production teams to ensure proposed solutions align with client expectations.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets.
- Prepare and deliver high-impact sales presentations and project proposals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and value propositions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles (fresh graduates with a strong track record of extracurricular leadership are welcome to apply).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at various levels.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
