Responsibilities
- Engage with walk-in customers and prospective clients to understand their kitchen equipment requirements.
- Provide professional product demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits of our premium appliance range.
- Maintain showroom excellence by ensuring products are displayed attractively and organized according to company standards.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive customer service and lead follow-up.
- Prepare accurate sales quotations and process customer orders efficiently.
- Gather customer feedback to assist the management team in improving our product offerings.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and positive brand reputation.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- A proactive, energetic, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience in retail or B2C sales is a plus, but not required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset to serve our diverse clientele.
