Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end conveyancing process for subsale and loan documentation.
- Prepare, draft, and review various legal instruments, including Sales and Purchase Agreements and loan facility documents.
- Coordinate with banking institutions, developers, and government bodies for status updates and documentation clearance.
- Handle perfection of charge and transfer matters with high precision.
- Attend to discharge of charge procedures and other relevant conveyancing filings.
- Maintain systematic filing and digital records of all client documentation.
- Provide regular progress reports to lawyers regarding case status and pending requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM/Diploma or equivalent professional qualification in Law or related fields.
- Proven experience as a Conveyancing Clerk (candidates with varied experience levels will be considered).
- Strong proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and verbal).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and legal practice management software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with strict timelines.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple files simultaneously.
- Professional demeanor and ability to communicate effectively with clients and third-party stakeholders.
