Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end conveyancing process for subsale and loan documentation.
  • Prepare, draft, and review various legal instruments, including Sales and Purchase Agreements and loan facility documents.
  • Coordinate with banking institutions, developers, and government bodies for status updates and documentation clearance.
  • Handle perfection of charge and transfer matters with high precision.
  • Attend to discharge of charge procedures and other relevant conveyancing filings.
  • Maintain systematic filing and digital records of all client documentation.
  • Provide regular progress reports to lawyers regarding case status and pending requirements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM/Diploma or equivalent professional qualification in Law or related fields.
  • Proven experience as a Conveyancing Clerk (candidates with varied experience levels will be considered).
  • Strong proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and verbal).
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and legal practice management software.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with strict timelines.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple files simultaneously.
