As a core member of our recruiting team, you will partner with hiring managers to understand IT staffing needs, source top talent, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from posting roles to interviewing, extending offers, and onboarding new hires. You will leverage modern sourcing tools and an applicant tracking system (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate data while delivering a seamless, professional candidate experience. This role emphasizes proactive outreach, strong communication, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion within TerraBarn’s tech teams.
You will help build pipelines for software developers, data engineers, QA specialists, IT support professionals, and other technology roles. You will contribute to TerraBarn’s employer brand by engaging with local networks, campus events, referrals, and partnerships within the IT community. Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for IT roles using proactive talent sourcing strategies across job boards, social networks, and referrals.
- Partner with hiring managers to gather role requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and set realistic hiring timelines.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from posting jobs to interviewing, offering, and facilitating onboarding.
- Maintain accurate candidate data in the applicant tracking system and provide regular reporting on recruiting metrics.
- Coordinate technical interviews, assess technical skills, and provide timely feedback to stakeholders.
- Build and nurture a diverse pipeline of IT professionals including software developers, data engineers, QA testers, and IT support specialists.
- Represent TerraBarn’s employer brand at local networks and campus events to attract top talent.
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of recruiting experience or internship in IT or corporate recruitment; degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workable, Lever) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search).
- Basic understanding of information technology roles and ability to assess technical skills and fit.
- Excellent verbal and written English; professional, client-facing demeanor.
- Strong time management, organization, and multitasking skills to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Willingness to work onsite in Taguig and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Philippine hiring regulations and local market trends is a plus.
