Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support for court reporting software and hardware platforms.
- Monitor and manage end-to-end technical requirements for high-stakes legal cases.
- Perform system testing and troubleshooting to ensure 100% operational uptime during proceedings.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of audio/video recording equipment and related software.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of technical incidents, resolutions, and system performance metrics.
- Collaborate with global internal teams to escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers.
- Ensure all technical operations comply with stringent data security and confidentiality protocols.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with a strong passion for technical support are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Windows OS, MS Office Suite, and basic network troubleshooting.
