Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and maintaining frontend components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks
- Support backend development tasks with languages such as PHP, Python, or Node.js
- Collaborate with senior developers to design and implement new features for web applications
- Debug and troubleshoot issues across the full stack to ensure optimal performance and user experience
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of code quality
- Update and maintain documentation for existing and new systems
- Assist in deploying and monitoring web applications in staging and production environments
- Stay current with emerging technologies and suggest improvements to our tech stack
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one modern framework like React or Vue.js)
- Familiarity with backend languages (e.g., PHP, Python, or Node.js) and database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Prior internship or project experience in web development is a plus
