In this role, you will be the face of our premium beauty brands, engaging directly with customers at pop-up events, high-traffic roadshows, and exclusive retail locations across Singapore's Central Region.

Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance by proactively engaging with customers to promote K-beauty products.
- Provide expert product demonstrations, skincare consultations, and application tips.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to educate customers on brand benefits and ingredients.
- Execute creative visual merchandising and product displays to attract foot traffic at events.
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly sales targets and KPIs set by the management team.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Report on inventory levels and customer feedback to the regional sales supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting brand booth or retail space.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or promotional events (experience in the beauty industry is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a confident, outgoing personality.
- Passionate about K-beauty trends, skincare, and cosmetic products.
- Able to commit to a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Self-motivated individual with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
- Well-groomed appearance and a professional attitude toward representing premium brands.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage for customer engagement.
