Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities to expand market share within the beverage packaging sector.
- Manage and nurture existing key account relationships to ensure high retention and recurring revenue growth.
- Conduct professional presentations and negotiate contracts that align with company pricing strategies and service capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and value propositions.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management review.
- Resolve client concerns promptly by serving as the primary point of contact for account-related inquiries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
