Responsibilities

  • Manage and cultivate long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure high retention and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
