Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for key accounts.
  • Strategically identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within existing client portfolios to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes and maximize profitability.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics, preparing detailed reports on account status, sales performance, and market trends for management review.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Understand client needs and objectives deeply, proposing tailored technology solutions that drive their business growth and address their challenges.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans, outlining strategies for retention, growth, and client engagement.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of 3-5+ years in a Key Account Manager, Senior Sales Executive, or similar client-facing role, preferably within the technology or solutions-oriented industry.
  • Demonstrable experience in consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving significant revenue growth from key accounts.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and engage credibly at all organizational levels.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand complex client needs and translate them into effective technology solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel for reporting and analysis.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
