Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of high-value enterprise clients, serving as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing new business within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical support, product, and marketing) to design and deliver customized solutions that address client-specific needs.
- Monitor account performance metrics, prepare regular business reviews, and present actionable insights to clients and management.
- Proactively resolve client issues, escalate critical concerns, and ensure a seamless service experience aligned with SLAs.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for client retention and expansion.
- Lead contract renewals and renegotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and profitability targets are met.
- Represent Converge ICT Solutions at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management, enterprise sales, or business development within the ICT, telecommunications, or technology sector.
- Proven track record of managing large, complex accounts and achieving revenue growth targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skillsāboth verbal and written.
- Deep understanding of enterprise ICT solutions, including connectivity, cloud, data centers, and managed services.
- Exceptional relationship-building and client-facing abilities, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
