Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of key clients to ensure high retention rates.
- Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Conduct regular strategic business reviews with clients to understand their evolving needs and align our solutions accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal technical and support teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals tailored to the specific needs of key accounts.
- Act as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts, resolving issues with urgency and professionalism.
- Monitor and analyze client data and market trends to provide accurate sales forecasting and reports to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or Sales Executive, preferably within the IT industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close high-value contracts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while paying strict attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of the technology landscape and B2B sales cycles in the Philippines.
