Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client accounts to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts to increase revenue streams.
- Analyze sales metrics and market trends to provide actionable insights for account growth.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Resolve client concerns and escalations promptly to maintain a positive brand reputation.
- Monitor contract renewals and negotiate terms that benefit both the company and the client.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in account management, B2B sales, or client relations.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
