Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic sales plans to maximize revenue and market share within key accounts.
- Manage and grow relationships with top-tier clients to ensure high retention rates and customer satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive upsell/cross-sell initiatives to increase the average order value.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product and logistics, to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve client issues promptly.
- Conduct regular market analysis and competitor research to stay ahead of industry trends and refine sales strategies.
- Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.
- Attend industry networking events and trade shows to generate high-quality leads and enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience in Key Account Management, Sales Management, or Business Development.
- Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently, manage a diverse portfolio of accounts, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license is required due to the location.
