Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key retail and B2B accounts to achieve sales targets and business objectives
- Optimize sell-out performance through strategic merchandising and promotional execution
- Expand HYGR's partnership network by identifying new business opportunities
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform category development strategies
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with key stakeholders to secure favorable terms
- Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure seamless account operations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail category managers and procurement teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in account management or category buying
- Proven track record in retail sales and B2B partnership development
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and market trends
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with stakeholder management expertise
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
