Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets within the assigned region.
- Manage and cultivate relationships with key accounts in the FMCG and Cosmetics sectors.
- Conduct regular business reviews and performance analysis to identify growth areas.
- Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share in North or Central Luzon.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints to ensure high retention rates.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales, preferably within the FMCG or Cosmetics industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid Driver’s License and own vehicle (mandatory for regional travel).
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Self-motivated with a strong results-oriented mindset.
