Responsibilities

  • Identify and penetrate new project opportunities within the property development, architecture, and interior design sectors.
  • Manage and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure brand loyalty and repeat business.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and technical consultations to professionals in the construction industry.
  • Coordinate with internal design and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality project execution.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements while maintaining healthy profit margins.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify strategic growth opportunities in the Johor region.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and project pipeline reports to senior management.
  • Participate in industry networking events and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, key account management, or project sales.
  • Background in building materials, ceramics, interior design, or the construction industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
  • Possess a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Resourceful, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin is an advantage to effectively communicate with a diverse client base.
  • Must possess own transportation and a valid driving license for client site visits.
