You will work closely with stakeholders to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience while maintaining the highest standards of data accuracy and risk management. Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end client onboarding processes in compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Conduct thorough Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) checks on new clients.
- Perform name screening and adverse media checks to mitigate financial crime risks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation in the central management system.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve onboarding blockers and ensure timely account activation.
- Review and verify client identity documentation and corporate entity structures.
- Stay updated on evolving AML/KYC regulations and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in KYC, AML, or client onboarding is preferred (Fresh graduates with a strong academic background are welcome to apply).
- Strong understanding of KYC documentation requirements and Singapore regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent attention to detail and proficiency in data verification.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
