Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule all internal training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs for new and existing employees.
  • Maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS) with course materials, attendance records, and certifications.
  • Liaise with department heads to identify training needs and gaps, and recommend suitable interventions.
  • Support the design and development of training content, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback surveys, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Prepare training reports and analytics for management to support continuous improvement.
  • Assist in organising company-wide events such as town halls, team-building activities, and capability development days.
  • Ensure all training activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in training coordination, HR, or administrative role (fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or HRIS.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to other branches within Klang Valley and surrounding areas.
  • Passionate about learning and development, with a proactive attitude towards personal and team growth.
