Responsibilities

  • Respond to IT help desk inquiries and provide first-level technical support to end-users
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and applications
  • Log and track all support tickets using the IT service management system
  • Escalate complex technical issues to Level 2 support teams when required
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance on IT equipment and systems
  • Assist with user account management including creation, modification, and deactivation
  • Provide technical guidance and training to users on IT systems and applications

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
