Responsibilities
- Conduct precise land surveys, including boundary, topographic, and construction staking surveys.
- Operate advanced surveying equipment such as Total Stations, GPS/GNSS receivers, and digital levels.
- Prepare and interpret complex land survey plans, maps, and technical reports for project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction managers to ensure alignment with project blueprints.
- Perform data processing and computer-aided design (CAD) tasks to generate accurate site layouts.
- Monitor and record field data, ensuring compliance with local government regulations and land titling standards.
- Verify the accuracy of survey data and troubleshoot discrepancies in field measurements.
Qualifications
- Licensed Geodetic Engineer is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in land surveying, preferably within the construction or real estate sector.
- Proficiency in using surveying software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, ArcGIS, or similar GIS tools.
- Strong understanding of land laws, property boundaries, and government surveying requirements in the Philippines.
- Excellent mathematical skills and high attention to detail for precise data analysis.
- Physical stamina to perform field work in various weather conditions.
- Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with on-site project teams.
